DESCRIPTION AND BENEFITS OF TBCs HEALTH & FITNESS CLASSES

ZUMBA The hottest (and most fun) cardio workout ever! This class combines Latin dance moves with resistance training, providing an intense (all over body workout), suitable for all fitness levels and no, you don't have to be a seasoned salsa dancer to pick up the steps! Enjoy upbeat music and "party" exercise atmosphere whilst burning 400-500 calories per class.
CARDIO BOX FIT A high energy upper body workout using authentic boxing combinations to burn calories and gain really toned back, arms, shoulders, abs, as well as learning self defense techniques. No prior boxing experience necessary, suitable for all fitness levels. Please bring your own boxing gloves.
POWER FIT A ‘tactical’ (self defense) strength and conditioning class using Kettlebells, Powerbands, Powerbags, and Free weights to improve your Lean body mass, Speed, Core Stability, Joint Mobility/Stability, Co-ordination and Flexibility. This class is all about how to keep fit , get stronger ( all body parts) and keep yourself SAFE !
SUPER FIT An all body part workout (similar to a bootcamp style class) that focuses on giving you PURE POWER (functional strength capacity), ENDURANCE and EXPLOSIVE SPEED (cardio capacity) using your own body weight not machines! This class is specifically designed to take you to your absolute limits. If you are unfit this class is a guaranteed to get you fit and strong, if you are already fit, this class is designed to get you to an elite level of fitness and functional strength. Please bring a water bottle !!!
SPIN & ABS 45 mins of high energy (lower body workout) on Indoor stationary bikes focusing on strengthening your heart & lungs (cardio capacity), toning your bum, legs, abs and lower back, followed by a 15 mins ABS workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, high energy class with pumping music to keep you motivated whilst you burn 500+ calories!
PILATES A calm, low impact class that involves using your own body weight to strength and tone your abs, lower back, hip flexor and bum (your core muscles) to improve your posture and alignment, developing a flexible torso and stabilized core.
YOGA (H) Hatha yoga is the ancient Indian system of physical postures and breathing exercises to encourage the mind to withdraw from the outside world to achieve harmony in mind, body and soul. Hatha Yoga is designed to give you access to improved poise, healthier breathing and a sense of 'a life in balance'
YOGA (A) Asthanga Yoga is a fluid and harmonic sequence of yoga asanas (postures). These postures, together with a focus on the breathing are designed to work as a moving mediation and exercise sequence.
BODY BAR An all over body workout using weights to help shape and sculpt your body. If you want to change the shape of your body this is the perfect class for you. Avoid getting bored lifting weights by yourself and be motivated in this class by uplifting music and inspirational instructors!

Classes for all levels of skill, both adults and kids. Thiago Melo has 14 years of experience in Brazil and Australia in teaching and competing in BJJ:
