Class Descriptions:

BODY BAR
Weight training to great music. All over body workout that shapes and strengthens.

BOXING
Boxing is an intense technique based class focusing on speed, power and agility. Beginners to intermediate with a combination of pad work, footwork and theory. Build your stamina and cardio.

*Please bring your own Gloves. Focus pads are provided. Gloves, focus pads and inners are also available for purchase at TBC.

BOXERCISE
A brand new class that is great for fat burning by combining high intensity cardio training with the some really basic boxing exercises. Great for any fitness or co-ordination level!

SCULPT AND STEP
Using light weights and a step whilst doing simple cardio exercise is the perfect way to get both the muscular and cardio workout you need to burn those calories. A fun class for those looking to sweat and work those muscles!

SPIN
Fitness, endurance and power gains from class conducted on specially designed bikes.

PILATES
Core stability, abdominal muscle group training utilizing body and mind training (Pilates). Improve strength, balance and flexibility. Back and postural issues can be improved with Pilates

YOGA
Through a combination of breathing and stretching exercises, you will improve flexibility and posture as well as enjoy a feeling of relaxation and calm. As you progress you can develop the moves and combine these into routines.
